Quality First: ISO 9001, ISO 14001, IATF 16949 and Our Inspection System
News 2026-08-05
From raw material certificates to ±0.002 mm grinding tolerances, here is how Benxin controls quality across CNC machining and sheet metal production.
Quality is not a department at Benxin — it is a system. We are certified to ISO 9001 (quality management), ISO 14001 (environmental management) and IATF 16949 (automotive quality management), which means our processes meet the requirements of even the most demanding industries.
How we control quality:
Material control:
1. Raw material certificates are available on request, and incoming material is verified against the specification before production.
Process control:
2. Machining parameters, tooling and fixtures are managed per work order; critical dimensions are monitored during production.
Inspection capability:
3. Parts are verified with precision measuring instruments; tolerance levels up to ±0.01 mm standard, with grinding achieving ±0.002 mm and slow wire EDM ±0.005 mm.
Traceability:
4. Inspection records are kept per batch, so every shipment can be traced back to its production data.
Environmental & automotive standards:
5. ISO 14001 and IATF 16949 certifications underline our commitment to sustainable manufacturing and automotive-grade reliability.
When you work with Benxin, you receive parts that are inspected, documented and ready for your assembly line — with certificates and reports available as required.
