From Drawing to Delivery: Benxin’s 8-Step Production Process
News 2024-06-03

Drawing review, DFM, process planning, machining, inspection, finishing, packaging, delivery — the eight steps every Benxin order moves through, and what each one means for your project.
Body:
A reliable part is the result of a reliable process. Every Benxin order follows the same eight-step path, so nothing is left to chance — and you always know where your project stands.
The eight steps:
- Drawing & specification review — we check the drawing, tolerances, material and finish requirements before anything is cut.
- DFM feedback — our engineers flag issues early: features that are hard to machine, tolerances that cost time, or better ways to hold your part. Free, and usually the most valuable conversation of the project.
- Material selection & sourcing — we confirm the right material grade; raw material certificates are available on request.
- Process planning & programming — machining strategy, tooling, fixtures and CNC programs are prepared per work order.
- Machining — milling, turning, 5-axis, wire EDM and grinding, on controlled equipment, with critical dimensions monitored during production.
- Inspection — parts verified with 2D CMMs, projectors, height gauges and micrometers; records kept per batch for full traceability.
- Surface treatment & finishing — anodizing, plating, polishing, passivation — in-house or with qualified partners.
- Packaging & shipment — export-grade packaging, documentation and on-time delivery; prototype samples in about 8 days from approval.
Because the process is documented end to end, we can tell you not just that a part is done — but that it was checked, measured and traced. That is the difference between a supplier and a partner. Send us your drawing (PDF, STEP or DWG) — quotation within 24 hours.
