What We Make: Precision Parts, Jigs & Fixtures, Molds and Automation

50% precision parts, 20% jigs & fixtures, 15% molds and 15% automation — the four business lines that keep Benxin’s machines running, and what each one means for your project.

Body:
One factory, four product lines. Benxin’s business is deliberately diversified: it keeps our engineers sharp across different challenges, our machines busy across different cycles, and our customers supplied by a partner who understands manufacturing from every angle.
Our business composition:
- Precision parts — 50%. The core of our work: custom CNC machined components in aluminum, stainless steel, titanium, brass and engineering plastics, for 3C, new energy, semiconductor, automotive, medical and aviation customers. Prototype to mass production, MOQ from 1 piece.
- Jigs & fixtures — 20%. Inspection fixtures, assembly jigs, positioning tooling and work-holding for production lines — the parts that make our customers’ own manufacturing faster and more repeatable.
- Molds — 15%. Mold components and inserts machined to tight tolerances, with wire EDM and grinding for hardened materials and precise cavities.
- Automation — 15%. Automation components and modules — the mechanical pieces that go into production automation systems.
Why the mix matters to you: a supplier who machines both production parts and the tooling around them understands your whole process, not just one operation. It also means steadier capacity planning — when one line is busy, others flex — so your lead times stay dependable.Whatever the line, the standard is the same: ±0.01 mm general tolerance, documented inspection, and the same 50-person team behind every shipment.
