A three-person workshop with a few machines grew into Shenzhen Benxin Electronic Hardware Co., Ltd. — today a 50-strong team, a 3,000 sqm factory in Guangming District and ISO 9001 / ISO 14001 / IATF 16949 certified. This is our story.

Two decades ago, Benxin started with just three people in a small workshop in Shenzhen. The founders ran the machines themselves — milling, turning, deburring and packing by hand, delivering small batches of precision parts to local customers who needed quality they could rely on.

Growth came the way it should in precision manufacturing: customer by customer, drawing by drawing. As orders grew, we reinvested — first into more machines, then into engineers who could turn complex drawings into manufacturable parts, and then into a QC system that could prove quality on paper, not just promise it.

Today, Benxin employs 50 people: 7 design engineers, 6 QC inspectors, 7 machining technicians, 4 sales staff and 7 managers, supported by 30 skilled operators. Our 3,000 sqm factory in Guangming District, Shenzhen is home to 7 five-axis machining centers, 15 precision CNC machining centers, 41 CNC lathes, and a full supporting fleet of milling machines, grinding machines, wire EDM and Swiss-type automatic lathes.

What has not changed is the way we think about work: every part is machined to print, inspected before it ships, and backed by documentation. The workshop mentality of “do it right the first time” is still the standard on our shop floor today.
