Meet the Team: How Benxin’s 50 People Take Your Part from Drawing to Delivery
News 2025-08-14
7 design engineers, 6 QC inspectors, 7 technicians and 4 sales staff — the people and handoffs behind every Benxin shipment, and why a 50-person team beats a bigger one that isn’t listening.

Body:
Machines cut metal, but people make quality. Benxin’s 50-person team is organized around one goal: taking your drawing from a file on a screen to a part in your hand — correctly, on time, and with the paperwork to prove it.
How the team is structured:
- Design engineers (7) — DFM review, process planning, tooling selection and CNC programming. They are the first line of communication when a drawing has an issue that needs solving before it becomes a problem in production.
- Machining technicians (7) — set up, program and run the machines; they own the tolerances on the shop floor.
- QC inspectors (6) — verify incoming material, check critical dimensions during production, and perform final inspection with documented records per batch.
- Sales staff (4) — your single point of contact from quotation to shipment; they coordinate engineering, production and logistics so you never chase three different people for one answer.
- Management (7) — quality system, delivery planning and continuous improvement.
- Operators and support (30) — the skilled hands running production day and night.
Why it matters to you: a lean, specialized team means shorter communication lines — your inquiry reaches an engineer who actually understands your part, not a switchboard. Every handoff is defined: drawing review → process plan → machining → inspection → packaging. Nothing ships without a signature from QC.
We train our people continuously, because in precision manufacturing the team is the real capacity. When you work with Benxin, you work with the same engineers and inspectors project after project — and they remember your parts.
