Precision CNC Machined Parts for an Industrial Automation Company
Case 2022-06-14
The Challenge A European industrial automation company was developing a new generation of assembly equipment and needed complex aluminum components with tight tolerances, multiple machining operations, and consistent quality across batches. Their previous supplier delivered parts that varied from batch to batch, causing rework on the assembly line and delayed product launches.
Our Solution We reviewed their drawings and identified the critical dimensions that affected assembly fit. Our engineering team optimized the machining program to hold tolerances reliably, and we produced samples for assembly testing before mass production. All parts were machined on our own CNC centers, with no subcontracting, and every batch went through dimensional inspection with calibrated instruments.
The Result The customer received parts that fit the assembly line on the first try, with stable quality from batch to batch. The single-source machining and inspection service removed their coordination workload, and the reliable delivery schedule helped them keep their product launch on track. They have since placed repeat orders for new models and continue to share their upcoming projects with us.
