Precision in Practice: The Parts We Machine Every Day

Threaded collars, anodized hex nuts, flanged hubs, gear rings and complex housings — a look at the parts coming off Benxin’s machines, and the processes behind them.

Body:

Drawings become parts, and parts become proof. Here is a glimpse of what comes off Benxin’s machines every day — and what each piece demonstrates about our capability.

Parts and the processes behind them:

  • Threaded cylinders and studs — precision turning and thread cutting, the everyday work of our 41-lathe line
  • Cross-drilled pins and fittings — milling and drilling operations that hold position within ±0.01 mm
  • Anodized collars and hex nuts (red, blue, purple) — turning plus in-house anodizing for color, wear resistance and corrosion protection
  • Flanged hubs with mounting holes — multi-operation machining with bolt-circle accuracy
  • Gear rings and notched components — wire EDM and precision milling for tooth profiles and thin sections
  • Housings and fixture bases — 3-axis and 5-axis machining for structural and tooling parts

Precision parts account for half of everything we make — 50% of our business is custom machined components. Each one leaves with an inspection record, so “it measures right” is a statement of fact, not a promise.
