41 CNC Lathes: The Turning Backbone of Benxin’s Production

News 2025-11-01

With 41 CNC lathes handling workpieces up to 2500 × 46 mm at ±0.01 mm, Benxin turns everything from tiny pins to long shafts — reliably, and at scale.

Body:

Turning is the workhorse of precision manufacturing, and it is Benxin’s biggest machine group. Our 41 CNC lathes run day in, day out, producing the shafts, pins, threaded parts, bushings and fittings that go into equipment around the world.

The turning line:

  • 41 CNC lathes — including Mazak and other leading brands
  • Max workpiece size: 2500 × 46 mm — long shafts and slender parts machined in one pass
  • Precision: ±0.01 mm — standard across the turning line
  • 1 Swiss-type automatic lathe (Tsugami) — micro precision parts for medical and electronics
  • 20 tapping machines — high-volume thread operations to keep turning production moving

What comes off our lathes:

  • Threaded shafts and studs, pins and dowels
  • Bushings, sleeves and collars
  • Flanged hubs and stepped components
  • Anodized and plated turned parts — from small threaded collars to hexagonal nuts in colored finishes

Because the line is deep, we can take a single prototype one week and a production run of thousands the next — with the same program, the same quality and the same documentation. Send us your drawing (PDF, STEP or DWG) — quotation within 24 hours.
