Aluminum Alloy CNC Machined Parts — Precision Manufacturing, From Prototype to Mass Production
SHENZHEN BENXIN ELECTRONIC HARDWARE CO., LTD
Product Details
Precision metal components are the backbone of modern equipment — and getting them right from the first sample to the final batch matters. Our CNC machining service delivers high-volume and prototype aluminum parts with consistent quality, fast turnaround, and a full range of finishing options to match your design intent.
1. Aluminum CNC Machining Capabilities
We machine a complete range of aluminum alloys to suit different strength, weight, and cost requirements:
- 6061 Aluminum — The all-round workhorse: excellent strength-to-weight ratio, good machinability, and reliable anodizing response. Ideal for structural and mechanical parts.
- 6063 Aluminum — Preferred for extrusion-friendly profiles and architectural applications, offering a smooth surface that anodizes beautifully.
- 7075 Aluminum — High-strength aerospace-grade alloy for demanding structural applications where maximum strength is required.
- 5052 Aluminum — Outstanding corrosion resistance and formability, well suited to sheet-metal and marine-adjacent applications.
Whether you need a single functional prototype or a high-volume production run, our CNC machining service keeps tolerances tight, lead times short, and unit costs competitive.

2. Surface Finishing Options
Aluminum parts leave our shop ready for the finishing process that fits your application and brand:
- Clear anodizing — Preserves the natural metal look with added corrosion and wear protection.
- Black anodizing — A sleek, professional finish with excellent scratch resistance.
- Color anodizing — Custom colors to match product identity or coding requirements.
- Hard anodize — A thicker, harder oxide layer for heavy-duty and high-wear applications.
- Sandblasting — A uniform matte texture that hides fingerprints and preps surfaces for coating.
- Polishing — A bright, reflective finish for cosmetic and decorative parts.
Light weight, good machinability, and an excellent anodizing effect make aluminum the smart choice for a wide range of industries.
3. Application Scope
Our CNC-machined aluminum parts are found in equipment and products across multiple industries:
| Application | Typical Use |
|---|---|
| Equipment Frames | Structural frames and enclosures for industrial machines, test equipment, and cabinets |
| Heat Sinks | Thermal management for power electronics, LED lighting, EV chargers, and inverters |
| Robot Parts | Structural links, brackets, and end-effector components for industrial and collaborative robots |
| Camera Housings | Precision housings for security cameras, machine-vision systems, and optical instruments |
| Positioning Jigs | Fixtures and alignment jigs for assembly lines, inspection, and CNC workholding |
From a single bracket to a fully assembled frame system, we deliver parts that fit, function, and finish right the first time.
4. Steel Wire Products
Beyond aluminum machining, we supply a range of steel wire products engineered for durability and corrosion resistance:
- Galvanized Steel Wire — Zinc-coated for excellent rust resistance and long service life, ideal for general-purpose and structural use.
- PVC Coated Wire — Available in black, green, or custom colors; adds protection and aesthetics for fencing, racks, and decorative applications.
- Stainless Steel Wire — High corrosion resistance, perfect for humid or coastal environments where rust resistance is critical.
- Aluminized Steel — Lightweight and corrosion-resistant, well suited to large-scale projects and high-temperature environments.
5. Why Work With Us
- Fast turnaround for prototypes and mass production — get functional samples quickly and scale without re-engineering.
- One-stop sourcing — aluminum CNC machining plus steel wire products under one roof, simplifying your supply chain.
- Quality you can verify — consistent tolerances, clean finishes, and packaging that protects parts in transit.

Frequently Asked Questions

Yes. We provide OEM/ODM custom manufacturing from your drawings in PDF, DWG, STEP, IGES or STL formats.
- What materials can you machine?
Aluminum, stainless steel (304/316), titanium alloy, copper, brass, POM, PEEK and other engineering plastics. - What is your tolerance standard?
General tolerance ±0.05mm, tight tolerance down to ±0.005mm upon request. - Can you provide material certificates & inspection reports?
Yes, 3.1 material cert, FAI, CMM inspection report are available. - What is your lead time?
Sample: 3–7 working days. Mass production: 7–15 working days, depends on complexity & quantity. - Do you support small batch & prototype orders?
Yes, we welcome prototype, low-volume and custom one-off parts. - What surface finishes can you offer?
Anodizing, sandblasting, passivation, polishing, powder coating, laser marking, deburring. - How do you handle shipping?
We support DHL, FedEx, TNT, sea freight, and can do DDP / DAP terms.
- Is there a minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
We have no strict MOQ. We accept prototype trial orders as low as 1 piece. - How can I get an accurate quotation?
Please send us your 3D STEP/IGES file, 2D drawing with tolerance, material requirement, quantity and surface finish. - Can you help with DFM optimization?
Yes. Our engineers provide free DFM suggestions to reduce machining cost and improve manufacturability. - How long is the quotation valid?
Quotation is normally valid for 30 days, subject to raw material price fluctuation.

Pricing depends on material, dimensions, tolerance, quantity and surface finish. Please send your drawings (PDF/DWG/STEP/IGES) and we will provide an exact quote, usually within 24 hours.

The price is based on material cost + machining time + surface treatment + tooling (if any) + packaging and freight.

Our standard quotes are FOB Shenzhen/Dongguan unless otherwise stated. Air or sea freight can be quoted separately according to your destination.
Our price reflects the material grade, tolerance level, full inspection and finishing quality. If needed, we can suggest cost-saving design changes (e.g. relaxing non-critical tolerances) to reduce the cost.
Yes. We provide tiered pricing — the unit price decreases as the quantity increases. Please tell us your target quantity for the best price.
