Saltwater is unforgiving to ordinary steel — which is exactly why marine engineers specify 316L. With molybdenum added for pitting and crevice corrosion resistance, our 316L marine tube stands up to spray, splash and immersion far better than 304. We supply marine grade stainless steel pipe as welded or seamless tube, cut to length, finished and inspected in our own factory, ready for boatbuilders, shipyards and marine equipment manufacturers.
